The Glaskogen (nature reserve) is a unique forest area in western V\u00e4rmland bordering the large lakes \u00d6vre Gla and Stora Gla. It includes 80 lakes. The beautiful area extends over 28000 hectares.<\/p>\n

The nature reserve is perfect for nature lovers. Here you can experience and discover nature in different ways.<\/p>\n

The area invites you to go hiking, canoeing, cycling or fishing.<\/p>\n

Bicycles, canoes, fishing boats, visitor cards and fishing licenses can be rented or bought at the Lenungshammer starting point.<\/p>\n

Canoeing<\/u><\/p>\n

The canoes cost 250 SEK for 6h. The Buvattnet tour is perfect for this. This tour takes 2 to 3 hours.<\/p>\n

Cycling<\/u><\/p>\n

Zum Fahrradfahren gibt es extra Schotterwege. (Wanderwege sind f\u00fcr die Fahrr\u00e4der nicht zugelassen.)<\/p>\n

Fishing<\/u><\/p>\n

For fishing you need a visitor card (8h per person 4,50\u20ac) and a fishing license (1day per person 9\u20ac and per family 17\u20ac). This is valid for 80 lakes. Both can be booked online or bought on site. The rental fee for the fishing boat is 250 SEK for 6 hours.<\/p>\n

Fishing in flowing waters (rivers) is prohibited.<\/p>\n

Hiking<\/u><\/p>\n
