Our beautiful Swedish-style house, Nolnäset, was only built in 2025. The terrace and the bedrooms on the upper floor were completed in the spring of 2026.

Our holiday home is a place where you can relax and feel at home. It stands out thanks to its idyllic setting amidst the Swedish countryside and its location right on the shores of Lake Foxen, which forms the northern reaches of Lake Stora Le. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the motorboat that comes with the house, moored at the private jetty. Its close proximity to the water is what makes this house so special.
Spanning two floors with a generous living area of approximately 175 m², this modern, cosy and light-filled holiday home features numerous windows that bring the lake right into the house. Whether in the open-plan living and dining area, the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, or the cosy relaxation area on the upper floor with two armchairs – you can enjoy the picturesque view of the lake and the Swedish countryside from every corner.
The house has three comfortable bedrooms, providing enough space for up to six people. Two of the bedrooms each have an adjoining dressing room.
There is also a bathroom on every floor, ensuring your comfort.
A particular highlight is the private jetty with its included motorboat (Linder 440, 4 hp). From here, you can explore Lake Foxen – whether on a leisurely boat trip, enjoying a picnic on one of the untouched shores, or fishing. The lake is renowned for its stock of large pike and perch and offers ideal conditions for anglers. You can even cast your line straight from the jetty and enjoy the tranquillity of nature.
Enjoy the beautiful Swedish countryside on foot and take a stroll through the woods. You might spot some animals, chanterelles or delicious berries.
After an eventful day on the water or in the surrounding forests, the hot tub with a view of the lake is the perfect place to unwind. Sitting in the warm water and gazing out over the lake allows you to be fully present in the moment and savor it.
The spacious terrace and the grill hut also invite you to spend some relaxing time there, whether you're dining or simply enjoying each other's company.
This holiday house uniquely combines direct lake access, privacy, a connection to nature, and modern living comfort—a place for anyone who loves life by the water and seeks tranquility in a stylish setting.

No pets allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the cottage.

Arrival and departure day for our cottages is Saturday. Minimum rental period is therefore one week.
Since we have to make the cottages winterproof over the winter, they are marked as closed in the calendar. In winter, only long-term stays (at a greatly reduced long-term rent) are possible.
